This guard is a narrow width guard, recommended for gymnasts that have narrower or smaller hands.
The palm piece is ¼ inch narrower than the Bailie standard width . It has a Velcro strap which allows the gymnast to vary the adjustment on the wrist. It also comes with a neoprene insert that helps pad the wrist to prevent irritation.
The 301N is stocked in sizes 00, 0 & 1.
This narrow dowel grip is recommended for gymnasts at any level of competitive gymnastics.
Sizing:
Measure from base of palm to tip of longest finger. It is very important that you choose the right size, if your size falls between the sizes, order the smaller size. The guards can stretch.
